Canute is pleased to be able to offer the training course for the FHC hydraulic calculation software in association with Xact Training. The course is designed to enhance FHC user’s skills in FHC and will be suitable for beginners to advanced level practitioners.
If you have been using the FHC hydraulic calculation software for some time or are a complete beginner this course is for you. It will take you through the basic principles of hydraulic calculations so you will get a thorough grounding. We will then look at the FHC software itself from entering simple systems to more complex loops and grids, the use of auto pipe sizing and how to enter water supplies including fire sprinkler pumps and constant pressure pumps which are used for water mist systems.
This is a practical course where you will be shown by an experienced tutor and then with instruction you will practice the skills to reinforce the learning. By the end of the course, you will have used all the commands which were available in the FHC software.
The course is suitable for anyone who is using the FHC software and will cover fire sprinkler systems, water mist, residential and domestic systems to BS EN 12845, BS 9251, BS EN 16925, NFPA 13, NFPA 750 hydrants, hose reels and wet rises systems.
