If your email is regarding support for any of our software products, it should be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org. For quotations, invoices and accounts, your email should be addressed to email@example.com. We try to respond to all emails within 24 hours during the working week (Monday to Friday - 9:00 to 16:30 (BST/GMT)).
We would also recommend adding our domain 'canutesoft.com' to your email safelist, preventing any of our emails from being forwarded to your spam folder.
